[SOLVED] Page Menu Bar suddenly doesn't work

I haven't been to my site (wordpress with Atahulpa theme) for a while, and now I notice that the links in the page menu of the header no longer work, nor is there the rollover shading that used to happen. If I click on a menu item, it just refreshes the home page. The pages still exist; I can type in their URLS and go to them. I think the only thing I changed (don't know if it was before or after the problem happened) was the amount of seconds in the header image rotation. Any ideas for fixing this? It's pretty scary!:confused::(

Hi! The url is http://novapon.com/.

I'm sure these are clues, but I don't know yet what they mean:

1. When experimenting, if I include subpages and cause my pages menu bar to be multiple lines at the bottom of my header, then the first line is still un-clickable, but all the menu lines below that link to URLS as normal.

2. If insert %bar1 between %image and %pages under the "Configure Header Area", there is a thin white line behind the menu bar and below the header image, and the menu items work again, but only if my cursor is over the part of the menu that does not overlap the image.

These suggest to me that my menu won't be clickable or haveworking links if it overlaps my header image. Except that it USED work, doing just that very thing. I don't remember if I did anything special to achieve that.

Ah...looks like I solved it!

Not sure why this is, but here's my problem and solution, in case it helps someone, or someone feels like explaining Why.

I made my site so that the page menu bar is actually ON TOP of the header image, at the bottom (I forget how I did that). It doesn't go all the way across; you see some image to the right of it.

I recently changed my photo rotation time to 0, ie. to stop rotating.

That made the menu bar unclickable.

The solution to keep no rotation time but have my menu bar work again was to change "Make header image clickable?" to "No."

what you should do is set the menu bar's z-index higher than the image's z-index, then it will always be on top of the image and clickable.
