How to increase the height of the post headline box.

Id like to increase the minumum size of this box. I have an image as the background and when there is only one line of text, not enough of the image is shown. This is not a problem when there are 2+ lines in the head line. I hope someone can help!

add 'height: nnpx;' (where nn= some number) to the 'HEADLINE Box' option (Style POSTS & PAGES)
