Can you move the RSS feed with small icons to a sidebar?

I'm looking for a way to put the RSS and comments feed above the search bar in my sidebar, but with using the small icons that are used in the %logo section.

See my screengrab for more detail if you don't know what I mean.

And also in that screengrab you can see the dotted line that comes up if I use %page-center instead of %pages for my pages menu

thanks for any help.

You could construct your own with a text widget and by using the icons. Look into the source code of a rendered page while the icons are in the header, copy the code and put it into a text widgets, then turn the icons off in the header.

Thanks for that. It's a good idea, but it seems to me that it's not so simple to copy the code needed, as most of the info is coming from the css and I don't really know exactly which parts I need from the html and the css to get it to work. I suppose I'll have to fiddle about and see if I can get it to work.

thanks though...

I was wondering... how do you get rid of those comments and RSS items that Djaef highlighted in his screengrab?

juggledad Oct 6, 2009 05:22 AM

the feed items are controled at ATO->RSS Settings

Maybe a stupid question, but what is ATO?

shorthand ATO=Atahualpa Theme Options
