Driving me nuts (text color and formatting issue.)
 

Ok, I've tried everything I can think of and can't quite get things lined up or text the right color.

it's mostly Buddypress, I know. what bothers me reaches into other plugins as well.

The really small text, for one I can NOT get it to change colors. and another, along with the borders and such are wider than the container they reside in.

So, how do I change the text color. and another is what do I need to do to get the remaining objects to line up?!

Find and edit this code (save a copy of original also)

ul.item-list li div.item-title span {
color: #999;
font-size: 12px;
}

Change colour to whatever you want.

Use Chrome or a code inspector to identify the code you want to change.

OMG, Jam, I could absolutely hug you right now!. just pointing me in the direction of the bp.css file and I'm pretty sure I can fix everything else, thank you so much. that was driving me insane! :)

Ok, I've got most everything roughly how I want it.. I still have an issue

the forum posts are all squished together and should be in a single line. I can't figure out how to get them the proper way. showing the topic-------------author--------------group.

instead of it's current display of
topic
author
group.

Actually, I basically got it figured out.
