Where can resize the title of comments?

I can resize title for post, but not comments from theme control panel. Or this setting is not there?

If that's not what you wanted, which comment titles did you mean?

Not that one.

The title for comment is same with title in the single post except it has "nth comments to ....."

Seems its font size setting follows the title for a single post.

That can be addressed as h3#comment. As HTML/CSS Inserts -> CSS Insert put this

HTML Code:

h3#comments {

font-size: X.Xem;

}
