Changing the width of a widget?

Good morning! I am a BRAND NEW Atahualpa user, and I am not very proficient at CSS or any other code, but I am trying to learn. I had used a WP.com blog, so am familiar with THAT process.

This is what I am trying to do at www.livingthebalancedlife.com
I placed the aweber sign up form in the righthand widget so that the defaults would disappear, however, is there a way I can make it center over the 2 widget areas, or fill it?
Thank you so much for your help!
Bernice

go to the sidebar configuration, uncheck the inner right sidebar (since you're are not using it) and increase the width of the right sidebar
