[SOLVED] Vertical white lines on right and left sides of the menu that i cant get rid

I've searched a bunch and I find tons of references to horizontal dotted lines but that isnt whats happening here. If you look here:

On the left and right side of the menu, there are two small, white vertical lines. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of these. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

gah! that was it! some guy helped me with that months back! i didnt even know it was there!!!! SMACKS HEAD. Thanks! i just changed the color to black. :o
