[SOLVED] Header disappeared - saved Header, Center, and Footer - still missing

The site owner says she 'updated everything' and now the header is missing from this site:
http://www.activeboomeradventures.com/

ATA ver 3.7.18 on WP 4.0.

I also disabled each plugin to no avail. Then tried the saving all of the header/center/footer areas to no avail. :-( What else can I do?
