How to put email notification subscription in posts?
 

I've been looking all over but I can't figure this out for the life of me. I tried using Post Notification plug-in but I can't get it to show up. Can anyone direct me to a plug-in that would work or have any idea what I might need to do?

I am using the subscribe2 plugin. It does work good. The developer is working hard to fix anything plus he has implemented a lot of options based on users comments. This is what I have been trying to get tweeked lately. The latest version has lots more options like you can disable a single post or page.
