How to get rid ? in url

Hello

Newbie to Atahualpa and have a few questions.....
How do I give a page a unique URL right now I have
http://www.4321traffic.com/?p=7
I would like to have
http://www.4321traffic.com/google/Se...e_optimization

In your dashboard under Settings/Permalinks, you can change to a more "normal" type of URL.
