Hey guys how can I get a skip to comments form link like the one on the bytesforall homepage?

please be more specific what link are you talking about at www.bytesforall.com?

Not sure if this is what the original person was asking about but when you click into the comments on one of your posts above the posts is a link "Skip to comment form". I would like to do the same on my site. Actually putting the form above the comments would be ideal, but this link would suffice. Thanks!
