make sure you have installed the latest version (http://wordpress.bytesforall.com/?p=92)
once installed, go to the ATO->Export/Import Settings and press the (Delete 'bfa_ata4') button at the bottom of the page

Thank you juggledad for your kind answer.
However, my problem remains. I installed the version you told me, but the result is still the same: the same screen as before.
So I could not delete the file you told me (And I didn't really understand, where this button should be).
Would be nice hearing from you.

Here is a video of the button Juggledad is talking about.

Thank you Imilesw for your help.
But my problem is: I don't get to this screen. Once installed, my screen just shows the message as posted in the jpg below. So I can't delete the file you are talklingabout.

When I go to your site http://mokka-cafe.ch/wordpress the site looks ok but it is currently not Atahualpa. When I go to http://mokka-cafe.ch/wordpress/wp-admin I get a login screen. When do you see the problem?

What you need to do is login and activate the Atahualpa theme and then go to the Delete 'bfa_ata4' button as in the video. That should take care of the issues with Atahualpa.

Try this
1) switch to the default theme - if you can't get into the backend, use FTP to delete or move the atahualpa folder in the themes folder
2) use phpMyAdmin to access the database and isue the following sql statement
HTML Code:

DELETE FROM `wp_options` WHERE option_name REGEXP '^bfa_ata4'
3) if you deleted the theme, manually install it (ftp it to the themes folder)
4) switch back to atahualpa
now check it out

@juggledad - I had the same problem with both 347 amd 353.
Very disconcerting to a newbie to get just one line of links!
But thankfully your first solution here fixed it.

make sure you have installed the latest version

Hello,

I am having the same problem referenced in this thread. http://www. Brudertrucks.us.
I have tried the php solution with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I had trouble loading the theme through word press so I uploaded using FTP. All seems fine until I try to activate the theme. I am running the most current version of Wordpress.

I get this message on a white screen:

Powered by WordPress & the Atahualpa Theme by BytesForAll. Discuss on our WP Forum

Help would be greatly appreciated - thanks

if this is a NEW/first time install of Atahualpa, Go to ato->export/import settings and press the 'delete bfa_ata4' button

Hi Juggledad,

I upgraded to the newest version of the theme and that worked. I was using 347. I had tried the PhpMyAdmin fix mentioned in the thread but that hadn't worked. I'll donate as this is the second time I've posted and the help is much appreciated. This was the second time I've used this theme so not sure why I had this problem the second time; although I am on a different server.

Again, keep up the good work and thanks!
