Is it possible to include an external link along with page links?

This is what I am trying to do:

I have only static pages on the site and I want to have a typical list of links on the left, one of the pages has several subpages, only several of the subpages should direct to an external link rather than an actual wordpress page. Is this possible?

yup, do a forum search or look thru the 'Page & Category Menu Bars' forum
