Configuring MultiSite navigation link

Hey I have just set up a subdirectory multi site consisting of 5 different subdirectory/sites. I am using Atahualpa 3.6.4 and wanted to know how to create a set of navigation links between the multiple pages.

Basically a set of category style looking links that would be present on every site in the network and would link between each of the sites in my site network.

Use the new wordpress menus and custom build a menu with the links you want
