[SOLVED] pulling my hair out - changing my child pages??
Please take a look at http://www.northcoastimports.com/beta
Everything was working fine, but somehow I messed something up. This page: http://northcoastimports.com/beta/cc/1d/1200 isn't showing up the way I coded it in the WP page editor. It should have a description of a clock... actually, you can see a synopsis of what it should look like in the search results if you search for "1200" in the search window on the left sidebar. BUT instead, that page (when you link to it) shows up exactly like its parent at: http://northcoastimports.com/beta/cc/1d I thought maybe this was occurring to all child pages that are 2 levels deep, but this isn't the case. Take a look at: http://northcoastimports.com/beta/mm...0220/test-page It's a child of: http://northcoastimports.com/beta/mm/mm11160220 which is a child of: http://northcoastimports.com/beta/mm ...and they all show up fine. What did I do to the /cc/ family to make it change its third-generation page to show the second-generation page?? I hope someone can help me. I'd hate to start all over and redo everything! |
While it might be possible to figured out what's wrong by looking at the generated pages, it would take way too much time I have to look in the backend to see what you are doing. I'll sebnd you a PM.

I think I figured it out!!
It was a problem with the permalinks - I guess I didn't have them setup properly. I switched to /%postname%/ under "Custom Structure" in the Permalinks menu and it seems to work ok. Thanks. |
