[SOLVED] Annoying Punctuation Problem.
 

This is a tiny problem, but its annoying me immensely :)

When I type a post, it looks fine. If I place a comma, followed by a space, and then a word, it looks correct.

When I publish the post, any spaces following punctuation (except a full stop) are ignored.

ie
This is an example, it looks correct, in the editor. See?

When its published it reads

This is an example,it looks correct,in the editor. See?

It also happens in post titles. Hyphens and &'s all lose the trailing space aswell.

Any ideas please?

It sounds like you have Atahualpa 3.6.7 and have not applied the patches. You should apply ALL the 3.6.7 patches per the links below.

• PATCH 367-01: Odd effects when 'CSS: Compress' = 'Yes'
• PATCH 367-02 is incorporated in PATCH 367-04
• PATCH 367-03: PHP errors when adding widget areas in index.php
• PATCH 367-04: Hovering over a Post/Page title only shows "Permanent Link to"
• PATCH 367-05: Site Title appended after the 'WordPress SEO by Yoast' title
