[SOLVED] I suspect this site has been corrupted somehow
 

I cannot update the WP Touch plugin

Then I tried to update Wordpress:

Installation Failed

I am so afraid of the site going down, I am not sure what to do or where to go since I don't know what these responses indicate.

you may have exceeded the space you are allowed on your server. Call your host.
