I only have one Header Image and it appears to rotate.

I only have one image in the header folder. Every time I refresh my site the header image appears to rotate as if there are two of the same images in the folder. Please help . Thanks in advance.

the image is refreshed each time you refresh the page. It looks strange because your server seems so slow over 7 seconds to load the page...
