Modify Sidebar

I am using latest Ata 3.7.10 with WP 3.4.2

I have fixed width at 1250px, with Right and Right Inner Sidebars

Is there anyway to add some content in full width of the sidebar area above the standard Right and Right Inner Sidebars start?

Like for an optin form (that is wide) and other text that will sit above the standard sidebars?

Yes, there is a writeup n the Gold Forum Tutorials HOWTO: put an AD (or other) widget over/in the middle/under two sidebars
