How do I completely remove the feed/subscription icons from top right?

Look through the theme options. Off hand I don't recall what section but you wills see boxes to turn them on perhaps in the header or RSS area.

Yeah thank that worked, I just had to remove the %logo from the header area.

That will also get rid of your logo if you have one.
