[SOLVED] two issues with side bar please help
 

I have two issues with side bar
1)I want make some kind of separation between links appearing in side bars.When the title of links appearing under recent post or recent comments are long it becomes difficult to separate one link from other unless you hover mouse on them and it changes color.Is there some way I can do the separation of links appearing under some category by increasing space between them or in some other way
2) How to change the color of non-linked text appearing in side bar.I just changed the background color of my side bars to black which is the font color of non-linked text appearing on side bars so the texts are becoming invisible.How can I change the text color of non link items in side bar.
Any help will be great.Thank you :)
