Cannot post only LEAVE A MESSAGE

Hi,

The version of Atahualpa I'm using is 3.4.4 and I keep trying to change the code for the footer to

"leave a comment" but it wont let me unless I post the entire code. What is the php to just show "leave a comment" and not show how many comments we already have or the edit text.
