[SOLVED] Nuked my logo

To start, I am baby webmaster and atahualpa is a dream come true. :)

Yesterday night, my logo for my website (studykills.com) worked.

Today, it does not.

I thought my computer was pulling some weird cache tricks on me, so I tried accessing my website from multiple computers and browsers.

The logo is broken in every single one of them (except Firefox - there is an extremely small title for my blog in place of the logo)

If anyone could help, that would be most awesome. :p

Some additional info:

My configure head area simply is %logo.

I left my logo style area blank.

My logo image is saved in the same folder as logo.png.

My logo image is GothicLetters.gif

Some other sap had the same problem as me - http://wordpress.org/support/topic/303090?replies=2
He solved after 36 hours of work :(

His solution, however, is to vague for me to comprehend.

go back and verify that your logo is in fact
1) in the images folder
2) spelled correctly - case included
3) that the file permissions are set properly. Look at the permissions for logo.png and then set your image the same way

You should be able to specify the address of the image in teh browser address and see it, I get a 'not found' trying to view it.

If you want an image there, why not use the %image bit, perhaps in place of %logo?

Or try removing logo.png so there is only one logo image there.

It appears that the other individual with the same problem just opened their logo and saved as a different name. Then it worked. I might also suggest saving as a jpg or png to see what happens.

Re-saving the image in png format did the trick.

No idea why, but thanks for the help!:p
