export/import options when upgrading from vers. 3.4.9 to 3.7.15

I exported options from 3.4.9 but the export file will not import into 3.7.15. In another thread, you tweaked an export file to make it import into 3.7.15. Could you kindly do the same for the attached file? Will greatly appreciate. butch40
