[SOLVED] Even default background image doesn't show up - can you help?
 

Hi. We are trying to get a background image on this site: www.shoemavenrachel.com

When we go into the ATO menu we tried to use the default b/g image to see what that looked like. We entered it exactly as shown, but nothing happened. We checked in FTP and the default b/g image is there.

We tried some of the suggestions for adding a '.' after the '(' but that didn't work either. Can you point us in the right direction?

The link to your image is wrong, you have:

when it should be

your atalupa folder is 'atahualpa' not 'atahualpa3'
