How to change Admin Profile (Avatar)'s picture?

I can't seem to find the place to change admin profile picture. I am referring to the square icon next to ADMIN when you reply a thread of comments...Please help

The avatar images are changed at gravatar.com. Or do you mean the "Mystery Man" default avatar for all users without gravatar account? That one can be changed at Site Admin -> Settings -> Discussion

hm...there are only a few options for the change. Do you know how I can upload my own photo to it?

You'll need to sign up at http://www.gravatar.com with the email address that you've associated in your blog with your admin user account, and upload you image to gravatar.com. After you've done that your gravatar.com image will appear whenever you post on your own blog or on other Wordpress blogs (if you put that email address into the mail field of the comment form at that other blog).

I kind of have a similar problem. I'm using the profile-Pic plugin that allows users to add a profile pic locally from their edit profile. For some reason the profile pic doesn't show in profile but does in comments and Avatar Authors list.

Any ideas..
