export Atuhualpa settings

Hello
If I want to save all my settings, can I export them (as you can reset all the values to 0, perhaps it is possible to save the set values to a zip-file?). Of course then there should be a way to import the values again as well... I don't have access to the PHP-directory :-(
Just in case something goes wrong with all the settings...

do a search on 'export' and you will find directions

Thanks - I was too quick with my question because I found the answer. Exporting has been done with a widget... question remains, how to import the settings, when necessary.
