[SOLVED] How to change the page width?

This image should help describe my situation:

I'm trying to center the text in the orange box in the center frame. The blue line depicts the width of the center frame which I expect my text to be centered. As you can see, that is not the case. I believe the issue is that the center frame is not taking up 100% of the width which is illustrated by the horizontal break at the top (framed in red) not spanning the expected width.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

By default the right inner sidebar is turned on in a new installation. There are now widgets in it so you don't immediately notice. If you go to ATO>Style and edit Sidebars and uncheck the boxes so the right inner sidebar does not show your problem will be resolved.
