Can someone help with footer?

Take a look at helpcentral.org....see the widget area on right? The footer shows up in the blue box. The footer obviously should be down below the page. What happened and how can I fix?

disable all your plugins and see what happens, it the footer is back where it should be, turn on the plugins one at a time to find the culptit
