Cannot export settings

I'm trying to export my settings in order to import into a new site, however when I click on "Export and Download", the page at "http://blitzbusinesssuccess.com/?bfa_ata_file=settings-download" is blank, and nothing happens.

Does anyone have an idea how I can get this working? It's happening (or NOT happening_ in both IE 8 and Google Chrome.

what version of Atahualpa are you on?

PodCan Sep 27, 2010 06:32 PM

3.4.9

Any site I've updated to the latest version has failed.

please update to 3.5.3 (http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=8405)
apply the BUGFIX's
http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=8756
http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=7654
and try again. There has been a change to the export code

Great juggledad!

It's happend with me exactly the same as with the PodCan...

I Click to export and goes to a blank screen with the "?bfa_ata_file=settings-download" at the address bar...
I'd already checked in the general settings if the blog address is the same as the wordpress address... and installed both updates too.

My version is the 353.
What could be, and how could I extract my settings to transfer my website to another place?

Since now I thank you!!!

No effect... The problem persists...

who is your host and what version of php are you on?
if you don't know go to ato->Style & edit CENTER COLUMN->Content BELOW the LOOP and add as the very last line
HTML Code:

<?php echo phpinfo(); ?>
then visit your site. If you scroll to the bottom you will see the PHP info dump and at th top will be the version

Then remove that line of code

It's "PHP Version 5.2.13"

A new information... I installed a fresh new wordpress with Atahualpa at this same server, and before anything, I tried to export, and just worked!

So I still stuck about what can be blocking me to export from the actual instalation...

Any ideia?

It could be a memory issue. You just don't have enough php memory.
Who is the host?
Check your error log on the host.
Do an SQL export of the database as a backup.
