[SOLVED] Add searchable text to Header (beyond the tagline)
I have a secondary tagline I'd like to add to the header below the image area. I do not want to make it part of an image, so it can help with search engine rankings. I have managed to get the tagline to appear below the "page menu," but only by adding a <div> to each page. Seems like a clunky way to handle this. Would have worked ok, except now I've come to the blog and it won't accept the <div>. And I certainly don't want my client to have to include this <div> every time they add a simple post.
So ... is there anyway to do this as part of the header as opposed to on each individual page? Here's a link to the site so you can see what I'm talking about: http://muzzproductions.com/sacramento-school-dance-dj/ Thanks for your help! |
is your 'secondary tag line the 'DJ and Lighting Services for Sacramento and throughout Northern California'?
if so why not add the div to the 'Configure Header Area' as the last item. |
Yes, that's the one. I thought I could only choose from the 10 listed items in the Header area (pages, bars, logo, etc.). Where would I actually place the div and the corresponding text? Thanks for the extra help...

Just add your div as the last item

Didn't realize I could do that. Worked perfectly. Problem solved. Thank you!
