This is what I would like to have: Img beside the text(link)

I have got so far as the second picture. Can't get the image or otherwise I get bullets

I have used a widget placed i top header right

then I made a menu in the menu section for Ata

Tried for weeks....

There is really no step by step. It's about knowing how to use the proper CSS to style and position as you want.
