Where to place nofollow code for home link?

Hi,

I wanted to add a rel="nofollow" tag as I'm getting loads of backlinks showing up with the anchor text "home", so I want to make the home link "nofollow". I'm not excatly sure where I should add this - is it correct in this code snippet?
