[SOLVED] Header and footer PHP errors
 
Had a problem with hackers, and had to essentially rebuild everything from scratch.

After the new installation, the header and footer do not load, and throw a errors:

Additionally, the pulldown menus in the theme backend do not work. What could be causing this?

go to ATO->Export/Import and export your settings and attach it to a reply - this is a known issue with upgrades fom some old releases.
