[SOLVED] Upgrade to 3.7.15 - lost header/footer

Upgrade to 3.7.15 and lost header and footer. Did a save to both and still nothing. Went to filezilla and did an upload to header again (which was not there). Still no header or footer. Site is southernsilkspuppies.com

Go to the configure header, footer and center area options and hit the SAvE at the bottom

I have tried everything I can think of in addition to following your instructions but still cannot get header to show. Please help!

Also, any changes that I make to the theme does not show. I added a right sidebar and nothing happened.

Just by sheer luck - found the problem. Went to settings, WP Super Cache, Contents, and selected Clear Cache. Everything and the kitchen sink showed up - shows you how many "buttons" I pushed. ;)
