[SOLVED] Broken image above header

Hi guys, I've been changing a few things on my site www.keukenendesign.nl and now al of a sudden a 'broken image' icon had appeared above the header. Could you help me out? I've tried everything, but can't seem to find the solution.

i beleive it is caused by the bannerclick code that is in the footer of the page

HTML Code:

<div id='bannerdiv'><a href="" TARGET="_blank" onclick="BannerClick()"> <img src="" alt="" style='border:0' ></a></div>

note that the img src is null

aha, and how do I remove that?

I found the answer. It seems an old plug-in needed deactivating.
