Removing Page Titles

I'm intending to use WP as a website rather than a blog, so I do not want the Home, About, etc. at the top of each page. How do I remove that?

Delete the page or leave the page and delete the link in the menu bar at A. Theme Options -> Page Menu -> Exclude pages from Page Menu Bar?

The "Home" link is a setting at A. Theme Options -> Page Menu -> Home link in Page Menu Bar
