Where to add HTML META Tag on the Header section

Hi to all.
This is my first post. I started using the ATA themes about 2 months ago and am absolutely loving it. I came across this forum just a few weeks back, to read and learn and now I have the following question which I can't seem to find an answer to in this forum.

I'm trying to add my site to Bing's Webmaster Center. It asks me to add an HTML META Tag to the Header section of my Site. Problem is that I have no clue of where to put this code in the Header.php of the ATA theme. I've tried in 2-3 diferent places but its not working. Could someone please help.

ATO->Configure SEO or in what ever SEO plugin you are using
