Moving the RSS section to a page menu bar below the header

So a while ago, I asked how to move my RSS box from the logo area to the page menu bar. At that point, my page menu bar was directly above the header image.

I received excellent advice on this thread: http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthr...+page+menu+bar to change the position of the RSS box by a -35px and that worked great.

Now, though, I'm redesigning my site (http://www.cooklocal.com and http://bayarea.cooklocal.com) and I'm moving the page menu bar under the logo area.

I tried changing the -35px to 150 px to 180px (the logo area is 150px) and all that does is put the box right justified under the logo and above the page menu bar.

Is there any way to put the RSS box in the page menu bar? I know I'm sort of playing with fire here because if viewers resize their browser, even with only 3 pages they could end up with the feed icons on top of the page listing, but I hope to be able to reorganize my pages to only have three max on either site. So I hope this would be minimized.

Thanks for any help. As before, I'm sort of competent in HTML, so with a bit of handholding, I can edit theme files without a problem.
