Can the Montezuma folder be deleted from Uploads directory?

I noticed that there is a montezuma folder in the ..wp-content\uploads directory. I'm not sure if that got there when importing theme from Wordpreee.org (as opposed to, say, installing by dragging the extracted zip contents into a themes directory), or whether the theme places it there because it wouldn't work without it. Can this directory be deleted?

If not, what does it do?

I know this is the folder which holds the combined stylesheets, i.e., whenever you save the Montezuma options, all of the virtual CSS files get written into the style.css file in that folder. So probably not a good idea to delete it.

Ah, I was wondering about that - I just noticed the folder gets created the first time the theme settings get changed. That makes sense, thank you =)

If you delete it, it will try to create it again and if it can't you will not see any of the CSS you change in the theme options, just the base CSS that comes with th theme.

Whoa!

Thanks so much, all of you, for posting this.

I just about had a panic attack after apparently deleting that folder from my live site. Would never have even looked for it in the uploads directory.

Thank you!!
