Make some customization

Hello, i'm begginer in wordpress World and i came just to intall my first Wordpress and i chosed this lovely theme "Montezuma", thank's so much for making it free.
So my question is, how can i modify it to add some feature like custom Icon, Last Tweets and the most important thing that's i want to integrate My resume on it.

Sorry i have installed it on localHost, like how i told you before i'm neewbie and i learn to manipulate wordpress before publishing it.

custom icon - read thru the CSS settings section of the theme options
Last Tweets - look for a plugin
My resume - one idea: create a page and post it into the page
