Widget or Insert on one page only
 

I am attempting to place text into the header section of my website. At this time I am using a widget function to do this. What I would like to have happen is for this widget to display on my front page only and not on any of my sub pages. Is there a way to do this, I am able to get the widget to function site wide but cannot figure out a way to have the text only show up on the homepage. I am comfortable editing code if you direct me to where I need to if thats my option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My website for refence purposes is http://www.3rdstringsafety.com . The text im trying to make front page only is the betus blurb under the banner.
