[SOLVED] Duplicated Post Titles
 

I was previously using the theme Atahualpa 3.4.5.1 which is working great; but since I'm continually upgrading my wp, I figured its about time to upgrade Atahualpa. I uploaded the new Atahualpa 3.6.7 as a new available theme. When I go to switch to the new Atahualpa theme, it duplicates my post titles. So, for example my last post was titled "Update", and when I use the new theme it shows up as "UpdateUpdate". Anyone else have this problem or have a quick fix for me?

Another user had a similar problem and found the SEO plugin he was using was part of the problem.

I don't have any SEO plugins installed..

I discovered that the error is occurring because of the custom fields "bfa_ata_display_body_title", etc. Where these automatically created with Atahualpa? Because I don't remember creating them or installing any plugins that would do that. If I delete the bfa_ata_display_body_title field, then the post title displays correctly, but I don't want to go in and have to edit every single one of my posts. Is there a way to universally get rid of these extra custom fields?

I was able to reproduce and am investigating the solution.

Please try this and see if it fixes the issue. rename your bfa_post_parts.php and unzip and use this version.
