[SOLVED] Extra White Space on Submenus on the Home Page

My website is www.nwarctic.org. I upgraded Wordpress and Atahualpa and now there is extra white space to the right of some submenu items on the Page Menu Bar. This only happens from the main page. If I access another page and view the Page Menu Bar, everything looks normal.

How can I fix this?
