Put Tag Cloud Widget on Footer

Hello,

How can I put the "Tag Cloud" widget to always be displayed on the footer of the theme?

Add a new widget area (see the explanation on the new widget area option page) to the footer area then add the tag widget to the new footer widget

ok thanks, I understand where you are coming from but my PHP skills are limited.

Can you please tell me the exact code I need to put on the footer box for creating a widget in areas 7, 6 and 5 ?

ok got it... but I need to style the widgets!

I put the recent posts widget and I get the posts as bullet points...

any idea on how to fix this?
