Setting post/page title to <h2> rather than <h1>

Please discard ... I can't seem to delete

I just discovered that one of my sites is setting post/page title to <h2> rather than <h1>

I can't see that I've done anything different and I don't know whether this is a Atahualpa action or something else.

Any suggestions?

Clarification/correction - Posts titles are tagged with <h2>, page titles are tagged with <h1>
I'd like both to be tagged <h1>

Go to ATO>Configure SEO and set Make Post/Page Title to H1 to Yes.
