Category menu moves to the left when javascript is activated

I have a problem with that the Category menu moves to the left when I activate javascript in ATA Options Menu 2. I have set the menu bar in the header area to "%cat-right". I use the latest ATA 3.5.3 and wp 3.0.1. As soon as I deactivate the javascript it moves back to the right. I have tried the wp built in menu. No difference. Is this a bug?

yes this is a bug and should be fixed in 3.5.4 which is in QA right now.
