does it happen if you temporarily swap to the twenty-ten theme?
If so it's not a theme issue and you should contact the plugin's author |

it asks me about the CSS Class Name: Enter the CSS class name for items that you want to be hidden from users not logged in. where can I get the css class ? pls |
view a page and then look a the source of the page and you will find all the classes.
