[SOLVED] Problem with moving new widget areas and links?

*** UPDATE: My semi-transparent opacity layer over the page menu bar was causing the problem. I removed the layer, and everything is fine now. ***

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if this is a problem with Atahualpa 3.5.1, or a problem with the Lijit widget, or a problem with my CSS.

I created a new widget area with a Lijit search widget inside. I then used CSS to move the widget to the right side of my page menu bar.

Now moved, I cannot seem to enter anything in the search box while viewing the page with Firefox, Opera, and Safari. Strangely enough, the search box works perfect in IE 8.

Observations:

1) The Lijit search box works perfectly in all browsers when placed in the left or right sidebar.

2) I have viewed the site from another computer to be sure the issue is not just my computer.

3) When I title the Lijit widget with the title "Search", the bar becomes partially functional in all browsers with only part of the box responding to type inputs. Using CSS command of "display: none !important;" on the title causes everything to be broken again, although the Search title disappears.

Any ideas?!? I like the search box where it's at in the right side of the page menu bar -- I just want it functional.
