Lost header and right sidebar appearing at bottom of page after updating to 3.7.12
 

I just recently updated to 3.7.12 and came across two problems: first, my header and page menu are gone, even after putting my header into the atahualpa/images/header folder and specifying in the Atahualpa options that this is the folder where it's located. Second, my right sidebar and all the widgets in it are showing up at the very bottom of the page instead of on the right. 1) this option will prevent loss of the logo, favicon and header images in the future once you move them to a new folder in wp-content.

2) did you try shutting off all plugins?

To #2: yes, no luck.

Go to ato->export/import and export your settings, save them to a TEXT file and attach it to a reply

The reason the images are not showing is that the header isn't being created as it should. This I would blame on a plugin, but you said you shut them all off (all at the same time??).

Something is messing with the atahualpa header creation causing the rest of the issues. If it isn't a plugin and you haven't modified the theme code and are not using a page template, then I'd have to consider the idea that you have been hacked.

at any rate, going any further is going to take someone a little time digging into the site with an admin ID.
